MG Power high quality brushless alternators are ranged from 8KVA-2875KVA. 

Our alternators adopt world famous brand copper wire, which is certificated by RU and can withstand 200℃ high temperature. The silicone-steel sheets are made by WUGANG-Steel, series cold-roll steel complete sheets with high efficiency, establish voltage time at 700rpm. We adopt advanced vacuum pressure immersion insulation painting with following advantages: The insulation painting can permeate into the winding bottom better, ordinary pure immersion can only stay in the surface of the winding. The using amount of insulation painting for VPI is two times than OPI. All shafts of alternators are proceeded under heat treatment for ensuring normal operation of alternators at rated speed. AVR is self-RD & Manufacturing based on actual application with imported main components. All rotors of alternators will be tested by dynamic balance.
